The main leitmotif is the search for harmony in a world of contradictions. Human and non-human entities depicted in the paintings engage in a dialogue about the interconnectedness of reason, nature, and technology. This exhibition project immerses the viewer in a world where the boundaries between reality and fantasy are blurred, prompting a rethinking of our attitudes toward progress, identity, and the future.
Psychedelic surrealism with elements of fantastical reality and futuristic absurdity. Lines and shapes possess a fluidity, merging into one another and evoking in the viewer a sense of strangeness and irrationality. The color palette is saturated with acid tones, intensifying the effect of presence in another dimension, where the laws of logic and physics obey entirely different principles.
These paintings seem to emerge from an imagination inspired by both dreams and the technologies of the future. They reflect experiences familiar to all of us—experiences about the life cycle, our place in this world, and the choices we face each day. At the same time, the works are imbued with irony and a touch of absurd humor, a lens through which we can contemplate deeper questions.
At first glance, the works may seem chaotic, but upon closer inspection, the viewer is drawn into a world where absurdity and metaphor converge, creating profound philosophical reflections on the nature of consciousness, technology, and human interaction with the environment.

This still life, filled with an abundance of fruits and berries, symbolizes the artificial, bright, and happy side of life portrayed in the digital world. This world is inhabited by numerous small local residents who live directly on the surface of the internet: some are content with their unremarkable lives; for others, it's not enough, and they strive to climb higher on this mountain of bright fruits; some are suffering, but their problems go unnoticed against the backdrop of the giant, sweet mountain of a better life on the internet. Everyone is absorbed in their own activities in this world. In the background, a large monster will eventually devour the pile of ripe fruits and vegetables. To its right, the spirit of time watches all the local residents and laughs out loud. It laughs because it knows how much time people waste in their attempts to follow the trends of the moment. The "Big Eye-Nerve of the Internet," stretching out from the pile of fruits, symbolizes parasitism, disease, or addiction. We think that we are the ones exploring the internet, but in reality — it is the internet that is studying us! And no one knows where this rapidly developing virtual world might lead: to a leap forward in progress or to total doom.
Comfort Zone

Canvas, acrylic 100x100 cm 2024
This is a story about the internal conflicts and challenges everyone faces on the path to maturity. The main character is a figure trapped in a massive suit with a childish smile and a tongue sticking out. This suit symbolizes an illusion of happiness and naivety, which conceals the fear of adult life. The character is under the blazing sun, feeling unbearable heat, but is unable to stand up and move into the shade. Their movements are restricted by a "power cable" — a metaphor for dependence on the comfort zone. Cutting the power cable (as, for instance, the character in the foreground on the left has done) is a simple task, but the main character is not yet ready to face the harshness of adult life because they are completely filled with candy-like eggs, from which "acts of laziness" hatch. All they need to do is fully unzip their suit, shake off all their laziness, and move into the cool shade to finally start living freely and become independent.
Soft on the Outside — Iron Within, or Love Gives a Second Life

The idea for this work was born from a desire to rethink the power of the abandoned, forgotten, and broken, and to uncover hidden poetry in the colorful landscapes of desolation. This series is deeply intertwined with a personal story. It emerged at a moment when I came to understand the fragility of human connections. As I settled into a serious relationship with my girlfriend in real life, I learned a lot about her. We went through every possible emotional stage together, and in the end, she gifted me the image of the main heroine in the painting. Gentle and sweet on the outside, yet possessing an inner strength as if forged from iron. The eyes in the sky symbolize those who can perceive her inner world. Clones of the heroine surround her, breathing life into dead metal. This is an allegory of love, which reconciles opposites and gives new breath to everything that seemed lost. This work is a metaphor for transformation, where love acts as alchemy, turning chaos into harmony.
Tea Master

I became captivated by the magic of tea ceremony culture. It’s a beautiful form of therapy, an alternative to all the typical harmful human habits. When someone carries a thermos of Gaba Alishan tea and a special small set of tea utensils instead of a pack of cigarettes, it’s both surprising and inspiring! How simple it is to live a healthy and independent life! The setting takes place on the magical boundary between the living and the afterlife. The image depicts a sage equipped with infusions of various properties and different teaware for the tea ceremony. Both living (red) and long-departed (blue) beings and spirits gather to attend his warm and festive reception! In the top left corner, a living person, in the mouth of a spirit, throws sad little humans into a tea pool, where they come to life and are filled with energy. Tea culture —like a conduit between the past, present, and future! The natural, healthy energy for which people lived and continue to live today!

This work is the first in a series dedicated to real people I have met at different times in my life. In it, I turn to an autobiographical experience of falling — both physical and metaphysical. The narrative unfolds between reality and hallucination, between bodily crisis and spiritual awakening. One night, after a wild evening somewhere in the Balkans, I found myself literally at the bottom. It began as ordinary drinking with strangers and ended with me falling out of a taxi into nowhere — into a pit. When I regained consciousness, time seemed to stop: before me appeared surreal visions — creatures emerging from the darkness. At the center of the composition is a human figure filled with fear, despair, and at the same time, inner illumination. He seems suspended between worlds: beneath him yawns the abyss, and above — a flash of light, of extraterrestrial or divine origin. Around him swirl chaotic forms, mutating beings, and symbols of loss of control. This painting is a visual diary of the moment when falling becomes an act of rebirth.

We all live the same life! We, like factory workers, were made by the factory! A long conveyor belt produces new humanoid robots. Their roles are already predetermined, as indicated by the symbols on their chests. The rulers of this World—the large translucent mosquitoes (the system's rules in our society)—carry pink heads for everyone. Heads are the most significant part for the functioning of the Frames of these new people, and, like the main food source for the mosquitoes, they are crucial. One robot rebelled against the "systematic" happiness and crushed his mosquito, which was sucking emotional perception from his head. He gained insight and now understands that, like everyone else, he is destined to keep moving along the conveyor belt, but now he is attentive to the details, and because of that, he begins to value his life more. Now, he tries to help the remaining characters awaken. He strikes his neighbor on the rubber head, attempting to kill the harmful mosquito. He may seem like a negative character, because of his grimace, but in reality, he is the happiest of all! Understanding the system allows us to be freer in our choices.
Apostle of Voli

This work concludes a series of biographical paintings dedicated to real people. In the photograph on the left is an old VOLI store in a small Balkan town. The main character, Gleb, is a local resident. One day, as he walked past, he — just like I once did — felt saddened to see that the sign had been taken down and the façade painted over in gray. This store had been a part of the town and its history. This painting is a reflection on the eternal repetition of human habits and the illusion of change. Times and settings shift, yet the essence remains the same: people return to the same places, perform the same rituals, driven by the same desires. The old store and the new one merge into a single image — a symbol of an unbroken cycle. The main character, the “apostle” of the consumer era, is both ironic and sacred. He lives here and now, yet his reflection reveals him as part of a system one cannot escape. His pose, reminiscent of an iconographic figure, transforms an ordinary scene outside a store into a mystery of the new age — a spiritual act performed on the ruins of lost authenticity.
The incident with the spirit of water's mask

An entirely fictional story. Almost all the countries of the world united in a coalition to fight the global drought on a partially dried-up planet Earth. The drought had lasted for decades, and it seemed like the last hope was fading. However, spirits of lakes, rivers, seas, and oceans appeared to humanity. They revealed the mysterious disappearance of the spirit of water and spoke of the great power and significance of the spirit of water's mask, which could cost the lives of all of humanity. The coalition launched a "secret search operation," and special teams set off to the most remote corners of what was once a watery planet. The search was successful, and the deal for handing over the mask to the spirits was almost completed. However, one member of the search team could not resist the temptation to wear the mask. The incredible 10,000-year-old energy of the dead world consumed the mind of an ordinary person. We witness the moment of union between the ancient mystical force and the modern human, along with his futile attempts to control this power, which ends in a tragedy for one of the protagonist's colleagues.

Finding one's true appreciator is no easy task. My works are the result of many years of inspiration and borrowing from the great masters of the past. I want each viewer to interpret my paintings in their own way, but what matters most to me is inspiring those who truly respond to this art — from artists and experts to ordinary people! The painting depicts lemons — the fruit of my inspiration. The telephone receivers symbolize meaningless conversations, the loss of precious time. In the pool with me swim my viewers. They are all my friends, ready to immerse themselves and understand my art on an emotional and experiential level.

This is a triptych of paintings that encapsulates today's agenda. For many, it raises the unsettling question of what our future will look like in the coming decade. Pandemic, World War III, nuclear catastrophe, apocalypse — I share my anxieties. What awaits us in the year 202_? Hidden numbers "202" can be found on each canvas of the triptych. From left to right: the yellow canvas represents water, the green canvas is the earth, and the blue canvas is the sky. In these paintings, the monsters are the offspring of human negligence and poor decisions by those in power. These creatures hunt the Flora that humans once relied on, which was capable of coexisting with our Fauna. All the stories are united by a yearning for light! I believe in a better future, which is why I embedded the idea of good triumphing over evil. This is especially evident in the final blue painting, where holy beings begin to battle the spawn of Chaos. Here, our deepest fears are depicted. The world has suffered for so long and learned from its mistakes so that such horrors will never be repeated! But, as today shows, our fears and anxieties are not in vain. (The first yellow piece was inspired by a random photograph taken by my phone while it was in my pocket.)
The cycle of opportunities

A backdrop featuring a stunning car and an abandoned building revealed itself to me on a nearby street, close to my home. This is a story about the ups and downs of everyday life for every person. Before you lies a world inhabited by blue gelatinous beings and humans starting with a basic status, existing in a closed system. At the top, golden-headed deities reign, surrounded by abundance. Living and climbing the career ladder in this densely populated world is incredibly challenging. The golden rulers, aware of the difficulty of reaching the golden skies, create special exosuits—a symbol of the upbringing and environment we grew up in. From birth, every individual here can don an exosuit and earn a golden ticket. The suit grants strength and confidence but demands constant self-improvement. The moment one hesitates or gets distracted by the temptations of the lower world, the suit weakens, breaks, and along with it, its superpower vanishes. The protagonist of this story is wholeheartedly striving for the golden world, longing to live in abundance and prosperity, yet his suit is moving in the opposite direction. His suit is breaking down, leaving him with an open choice between his dream and reality. Here, everyone must decide for themselves: to fight for the summit or embrace the joys of what they already have.

Were there many artists in this place? And if so, where are they, and where are their masterpieces? Why don't paintings with such a beautiful landscape hang in the world's largest galleries? How many artists will I meet before I understand if there is a rightful owner of this place, or perhaps it belongs only to me? This corner of the earth, as if it had burst out of a fantastical world, has long attracted artists and dreamers. Here, among these cosmic islands, I feel how time loses its meaning. It seems to have stopped. I have depicted many idols here, each idol representing people who, like me, were deeply impressed by this landscape. I don't know the exact number of such people, but I'm sure there will only be more of them over time, the very time whose hands I turned on my own clock! This place continues to drive me mad; it's like a treasure island, like a digital reality brought to life.

I was struck by the city of Petrovac, and it continues to amaze me to this day. These feelings are largely shaped by the people around me. Nenad, my friend, is one of the permanent residents of this remarkable town. He is an example of someone with an incredible determination to resist bad habits. Once, I visited him at his home and saw a Christmas tree standing on his balcony in late spring. At that moment, an idea for a story formed in my mind: in this tale, the main character lives surrounded by temptations. He has a dog, gadgets, a house. He is good-looking, and every day, he faces a choice: to indulge in instant gratification or to remain steadfast against temptations for the sake of his health and a happy future. The Christmas tree on his balcony symbolizes the spirit of disorder and chaos. These spirits, like parasites, search for their victims to feed their vanity with temptations and drain them of all their life energy! But the main character, knowing all his pets by face, remains the one who can take control of the situation.

One day, on a friend's recommendation, I visited the ancient town of Nessebar. I was inspired by its long, narrow streets tightly packed with fantastically arranged houses, where every corner seemed to echo the grandeur of a rich, bygone life. The backdrop for the painting is taken from one of these streets, while the inspiration came from the name of a deserted bar in the distance—SHARK BAR. In the painting, two protagonists are walking their massive teeth on leashes. I drew their faces from memory, based on two of my real-life friends, Dani and Misha, who don't get along but both live stylish, dramatic lifestyles. They are surrounded by people who have long stopped caring about the quality of their diet—anthropomorphic sharks with raw animal instincts. The two protagonists are unsure how to behave in the midst of this serene yet debauched life: there's a risk they might let go of their teeth and join the revelry along with everyone else! After all, as the saying goes: "By the age of 30, a person forms their habits, but after 30, their habits form them."
Projection of the desired

This painting is a deeply personal reflection of what I experienced during my relocation. Perhaps everyone, at least once in their life, has faced loneliness, emotional instability, and yet still nurtured hope for a brighter future. The work intertwines elements of reality and imagination. At the center of the composition is a girl with multicolored hair — a fictional character — drinking tea and looking at a photograph of herself with her beloved. He, at that same moment, is painting a mural on the wall opposite their home. Across the surface run illusory inscriptions: “Why is this world so cruel? Because truth is too truthful.” However, upon closer examination, the mirror on the wall reveals that there is no one in the room — and never was. No one is painting the wall outside. Everything we see is a fabricated projection of what is desired. Blue projectors, like creators of illusions, confirm that all of it exists only in imagination. With time, everything I once longed for became reality.

In a scorched desert, birds, like supreme beings closer to the sky, symbolize power as they seize control over water by imposing unnecessary sanctions. One of them lies broken beneath a giant faucet, resembling the master of this parched world. These creatures possess buttons, levers, and whimsical mechanisms—playthings in a sandbox—against the backdrop of scattered skulls on the ground, which speak to the bitter consequences of their thirst for power. The surrounding world has been drained of every last drop. Yet the robot artist remains dedicated to his craft. He paints defiantly in spite of the chaos around him—his easel serves as a shield, and his brush is his last weapon. In the background, cosmic forces embody inevitable retribution, a reminder that evil never goes unnoticed. This painting reveals an allegory of the struggle between destruction and creation. The contrast between vibrant, rich colors and the desolate earth heightens the emotional tension. In a world ruled by the illusion of control over resources, desolation reigns, yet life—manifested as art—continues to exist and resist.

The central focus of this work is a character who experiences, for the first time, the effects of a substance that temporarily grants him superhuman abilities and induces a state of euphoria. In this moment, his consciousness expands, and his perception of reality transforms: internal essences, hidden potentials, and the impulses of the soul intertwine into a singular whirlwind. In this whirlwind, sinful and blissful thoughts, noble goals seemingly caught by the tail of time, create the illusion of eternity. However, the image of a massive green serpent, symbolizing "new sensations," quickly approaches, threatening to shatter the moment of ecstasy and heralding the onset of the "serotonin pit." The metallic, almost cybernetic character at the center of the composition symbolizes the metaphor of the control that one seeks to gain over their nature. This work explores the theme of addiction and its consequences. Despite the threat of temporal power and the danger of dependency, the hero dares to step into a new dimension, gaining a deeper understanding of himself.

This painting represents a visual journey that symbolizes the theme of rebirth and personal transformation. It invites the viewer to reflect on the idea that at any moment in life, one can change their path with the strength of their own will. The hands reaching for the planets symbolize the limitless potential of humanity. In the distance lurks a monster, embodying the devourer of the will to resist, a force that seeks to destroy the desire to fight. The winding staircase leading to an unknown horizon embodies the effort, faith, and persistence needed to find the right exit from life's labyrinths. The work is filled with light, hope, and awakening, urging the viewer not to fear change but to strive for growth and new beginnings. The title "Renaissance" carries cultural and historical associations with the period of rebirth, an era when great discoveries and transformations occurred in art and science, enhancing the philosophical depth of the painting. This work vividly reflects the existential struggle to maintain faith in one's ability to overcome life's challenges and to continue seeking the light.
